Sessions are valid for a reasonable timeframe based on your package size. The 4-pack is valid for 6 weeks, the 8-pack for 6 weeks, and the 12-pack for 8 weeks. This ensures consistent training while allowing flexibility for life's unexpected events.
Can I change my training schedule?
Absolutely! I understand that life happens. Just give me 24 hours notice and we can reschedule your session without penalty.
